Enjoy your time overlooking the lake with 75' of lake access. property is on 1 acre and fully gated. Boat dock and decks overlook this beautiful lake. The living room is surrounded by windows so the view from inside is amazing. Main house is 3 bedroom 2 bath with a garage. The property also has an apartment available: 1 bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, tv , washer and dryer. Guests have access to the garage next to the guest house. This has been converted to a game room to include a dart board, foosball table and smart tv. There are water toys (3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards)for you to enjoy. Enjoy fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing. 1.5 miles from sand dunes with miles of riding available. We are located exactly .5 miles from Moses Point Golf course and 1 mile from the Country club course. Dining available at both golf courses. We are 20 minutes from mardon, the gorge amphitheater and crescent bar!!!! Snow skiing or snow boarding at mission ridge is one hour away! Our property offers a large amount of parking for toys and cars that is fully gated!!!! Garage converted into a game room with foosball, darts and a large smart Tv! Come relax, sit back and have some fun!
